I started my career in 1997 in technology and digital design, gradually evolving from hands-on design and EDP roles into UX/UI leadership.

Over the past 20+ years, I have worked across diverse industries and global organizations, solving complex business and user challenges through human-centered design.

My journey has taken me from creating interfaces and digital experiences to leading UX strategies, design systems, cross-functional teams, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Today, as a UX leader, I combine design thinking, technology, AI, user insights, and business strategy to create scalable experiences that deliver meaningful user and business outcomes.
