Helping businesses grow by creating scalable and high impact AI powered UX solutions
I started my career in 1997 in technology and digital design, gradually evolving from hands-on design and EDP roles into UX/UI leadership.
Over the past 20+ years, I have worked across diverse industries and global organizations, solving complex business and user challenges through human-centered design.
My journey has taken me from creating interfaces and digital experiences to leading UX strategies, design systems, cross-functional teams, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Today, as a UX leader, I combine design thinking, technology, AI, user insights, and business strategy to create scalable experiences that deliver meaningful user and business outcomes.
As Delivery Manager for the GE account at Birlasoft, I saw Pranjal step in when initial project designs were rejected. He took immediate ownership of the UX challenge, conducting cross-department user interviews and mapping key pain points. Within two weeks, he presented a revised design flow that secured full client approval. Pranjal turns ambiguity into actionable solutions seamlessly, and I highly recommend him.
Pranjal didn't just survive that chaos — he anchored everyone through it. He has the ability to sit in a room full of conflicting feedback, cut through the noise, and turn scattered viewpoints into clean, intuitive UI/UX without losing his cool. He's the kind of leader who keeps a team focused, mentors people through high pressure, and simply gets things over the finish line.
Pranjal was a true mentor who played an important role in my growth — both professionally and personally. I have always looked up to him as a lighthouse — someone who stands strong, provides direction, and guides others through important career decisions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pranjal as a strong leader, an exceptional mentor, and an inspiring human being.
Pranjal was not just a manager but also a great mentor who consistently guided me in making the right UI/UX decisions. One of the most valuable things I learned from him was to confidently present my ideas — he helped me build the confidence to present my work in front of a team of 70+ members.
